For teenagers aged 13+, these classes are focused on high intensity and personal progression. We also go deeper into the philosophies of parkour, leadership skills and being part of a community.

Our teens classes have two main focuses, teaching moves and becoming part of a community. This is done through creating a class where people feel welcomed and are willing to try new things
What’s included
A hard working and welcoming community
We build up a culture of working your hardest and being welcoming to those who are newCompetition training
For those who want to train for competitions we can prepare you for parkour, freerunning and tricking compsEvents
We host various events throughout the year, from jams, to competitions.Teens night

After classes we compile footage and send videos of your moves directly to you
