We are a Camberwell-based parkour academy specialising in teaching parkour, freerunning and tricking.
Our aim is for our students to develop a high level of coordination, power, flexibility and strength, as well as an increased tolerance to failure. This is achieved through the movements we teach in parkour, freerunning and tricking.

The disciplines we teach
Parkour
Parkour is the art of moving efficiently through your environment. It builds on natural human movement—crawling, walking, running, climbing—and takes it further by developing the skills to overcome obstacles. Using jumps, vaults, climbs, rolls and more, Parkour trains you to move smoothly and adapt to any urban space. Rooted in French military obstacle-course training, Parkour can be practical too: getting somewhere quickly when you’re in a rush, or safely navigating an emergency situation. And despite popular belief—no flips required. That’s freerunning.

Take gymnastics and fuse it with martial arts, cheerleading and breakdancing! Unlike Parkour which involves obstacles, Tricking is practiced on flat ground surfaces like an air track or grass.

Gabe Filleul
Co-Founder
Gabe has trained in parkour for over 13 years, starting at age 11 and coaching since 16. Parkour has boosted his coordination, resilience, and ability to pick up other sports with ease. Inspired by the quality of facilities he experienced overseas, he set out to open his own gym. When he’s not training, Gabe is either riding his motorbike in the mountains or sim racing at home.

Xander Irving
Co-Founder
Xander first started parkour when he was 11. He’s grateful for the health, confidence and lifelong friends it’s given him. He has competed in several national competitions, and been involved in 5 National Gathering (Natgat) events across the country. Outside of parkour, Xander enjoys chess, camping, and lego star wars.
