Kids 8+

For kids 8+ at the start of their parkour journey. These classes focus heavily on mastering the basics, learning safe landings and developing fine and gross motor skills, all while having fun.

Overview

Our kids classes have a high focus on gross and fine motor skills, this is done through parkour, freerunning and tricking as well as through various drills. Through this your child will gain confidence as well as improved performance in other sports. The likelihood of injuries will also decrease as they increase their balance, awareness and falling techniques.

    Our program targets key areas to help your child develop high levels of coordination, power, strength and flexibilty

  • Fun and games Classes involve a mix of social and active games, these help us get warmed up and put the skills to use.

    For those who want to train for competitions we can prepare you for parkour, freerunning and tricking comps

    We host various events throughout the year, from jams, to competitions.

  • Holiday events
    An exclusive holiday program for kids

  • Session footage
    After classes we compile footage and send videos of your moves directly to you

Our indoor classes run in the St Marks Camberwell church hall on 1 Canterbury Rd. Parking at the church is available.

What to bring

  • Closed toed shoes(flat sole is best)

  • Comfortable clothing to jump around in

  • Optional: Camera equipment to film yourself

  • Water bottle
