For adults looking to learn parkour, train hard and be a part of a supportive community. These classes focus on making you strong and fit, whether at a beginner or advanced level.

Overview

Our adult classes are for adults who want to learn and practice parkour and exercise in a safe and social environment. 

These classes are run partially as group workouts mixing parkour with strength and conditioning, and partially as individual training allowing participants to learn moves of their own choice whether at a beginner or advanced level.



What’s included

  • Group workouts
    Physically intense workouts with a mix of parkour moves and strength exercises.

  • Games
    Miss primary school lunch times? We’ve got dodgeball, parkour tag, hide and seek, nerf wars, and more as part of putting those skills to the test.

  • Competitions
    Competition training- Coaching focused on creating and perfecting moves/runs for the next State or National competition. Competing is completely optional

  • Events
     Free attendance and invitation to all events, jams and competitions throughout the year.

  • Session footage
    After classes we compile footage and send videos of your moves directly to you

We run from the hall at St Marks Camberwell

What to bring

  • Closed toed shoes(flat sole is best)

  • Comfortable clothing to jump around in

  • Optional: Camera equipment to film yourself

  • Water bottle
